Customers are encouraged to report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible so that the issue can be investigated promptly.
Norfeni may reasonably request photographs or video of the product and its packaging to verify shipping damage.
Once qualifying damage is verified, the customer may choose between a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Norfeni will bear the applicable return cost for a product accepted as damaged under this policy.
The requested 48-hour notification period does not waive or eliminate mandatory consumer rights that may otherwise apply.
